Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

Popular expeditions during peak season (July-August) typically fill 3-4 months ahead. Spring and fall dates often have availability 6-8 weeks out. Winter expeditions can sometimes accommodate bookings with 2 weeks notice.

What happens if weather forces cancellation?

Safety takes priority. If conditions make an expedition unsafe, we offer full rescheduling to alternative dates or complete refunds. We monitor weather patterns closely and provide 72-hour advance notice when possible.

Can I join as a solo participant?

Absolutely. Roughly 40% of our participants book individually and join mixed groups. This often enriches the experience through diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

What if my fitness level doesn't match requirements?

We assess fitness honestly during booking conversations. If a particular expedition seems too demanding, we recommend alternatives better matched to your current capability. No judgment involved—just appropriate matching.

Our office location serves as an administrative hub. Actual expedition departure points vary by journey type and are specified in pre-departure documentation. Most begin at designated trailheads accessible by vehicle.
